My store is a Menard duty free shop.

When purchasing products, you can pay at duty-free prices.



Tax exemption procedures must be completed at the airport.

You will need to present your actual passport for processing.

Tourists traveling by cruise ship must present the cruise ship's tourist permit.

*If you are a Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) member, please be sure to bring your passport along with your registered user card.



Tax will be refunded on purchases totaling 5,000 yen or more.



This system only applies to foreign tourists staying in Japan temporarily.

This system only applies to foreign travelers staying in Japan for less than 6 months.

Japanese nationals who do not reside in Japan may also be eligible for tax exemption.
